What causes listings to become Unmonitored? What does this mean?
Relisting an item changes the ebay ID. If you relist an item directly in ebay and not through the Monitor, the Monitor will no longer know to track it and won't update quantity, prices, if it goes out of stock.
            This can cause MAJOR issues.

            How can I prevent this?
You MUST relist items from directly in the Monitor.
This can be done from 3 different places in the Monitor- Labeled 2, 3, and 5 in the below images:

FIXING THE UNMONITORED STATE OF THE ORDER AND ADDING THE PAY BUTTON

Steps that he needs to do:
            1) Find the item in beglobal catalog, using the UPC of the item if exists, or the parts of the title.
            2) Check if the item's BGSN already exists in the monitor page (with a different ebay id). If it doesn't, use the "add existing listing" form at the bottom of the monitor page to insert that ebay list to the monitor.
            3) Follow the process in the below gif to fix the unmonitored state of the order. Once he does it, the order will show the purchase option.

Then take the bgsn from the URL of the product page, and use the "add existing listing" form at the bottom of the Monitor page.
The Destination ID is the digits after itm/ in the URL of the ebay listing.
