Does the seller summary in Zik include refunded/cancelled purchases?
ebay generally removes cancelled orders and refunded purchases after just a few days. Zik will show you only the purchases that have been completed successfully.
For instance, if a seller has 50 orders in the past 30 days and cancelled 10 of them, Zik will only show you the seller's totals for the 40 orders that were completed (there is sometimes a few days lag between an order being refunded/cancelled and it being removed from the summary).
