Is the website template HTML? Is it WordPress compatible?
The agency website template (available as a download in the "Sales" section of HomeZon) is HTML and can easily be adjusted. It is not WordPress compatible.

How do you collect commissions from the providers?
You would have a contract with each provider. Each one that you sign-up you can see all the sales you generated for them (as you set them up and have the access) and you can track all on your Amazon dashboard and demand the percentage you agreed ...

How many businesses do they recommend working within the same area? So your customers are not competing with each other?
As many as you’d like- lots of work to go around. But you can also expand to more than one niche or expand to other areas using our marketing training and advanced marketing training in TraffZon
I already have UPA, do I need to purchase RepZon? Is RepZon the same as uStar?
uStar is included in UPA (but HomeZon and TraffZon are not). If you purchase HomeZon, you now have an additional tool to use uStar with. RepZon and uStar are the same thing.
Can one order services without ordering a product from Amazon?

Can we get a list of included niches?
There are over 1,200 and growing so we can’t list them all, but we do have a list in the members area of HomeZon with dozens of examples.
Would I need to look up reviews service providers?
We cover this in the training (we do recommend it) BUT if their reputation isn’t good, you can help them improve their reputation (if you have RepZon) and help them qualify.
I'm not an Umbrella member...can I still buy HomeZon?
Yes! And if you buy HomeZon, you are also eligible to purchase RepZon (an Umbrella product) at a discounted price.
Does the business have to pay monthly to Amazon?

Won't we be competing against members from here?
There are 1,200+ niches and services provided all across the US and UK- which means there are millions and millions of service providers to reach.
Can we help several service providers in the same niche who service in the same area?
Yup! Plenty of work to go around in most areas. The services are also scheduled in advance so one of your providers may not be available to take a job but another will.
Amazon is reaching out to businesses to get on their platform so how do we compete with that?
Amazon cannot get to every business (or even close). And there is quite a process to go through- made much easier by HomeZon.
Do you need Amazon Prime? Does the Service Provider?
Nope!
Is client set-up payment "by results", or is it repayable if they fail to qualify?
We HELP them qualify and you make money on the way. And if their reputation is not yet up to par, if you purchased RepZon, you can sell them reputation management services.
What if the business decides to advertise on their own instead of paying fees?
They can't advertise on Amazon. They need to be a registered provider- which you will help them do and take a % on every sale they make. No cost to them and they only pay a commission when they make a sale.
How does the 3-10% get paid out?
The service provider would need to pay you based on your agreement. We cover this in the training but, in short, as you sign them up, you are bringing them leads/sales they wouldn’t otherwise have and have full access to their dashboard to see how ...
Are you certain because once a business contacts the customer & completes the first job, how do affiliates make sales from future services rendered between his & customers? Also, what is the percentage commission affiliates receive?
You would only get on sales through Amazon (unless your agreement with the service provider states otherwise)- but this service provider should be making many more sales than to one client. And clients prefer to go through Amazon for convenience + ...
Do we need to have an affiliate Amazon account?
You do not. If you use an affiliate account and sign-up a provider for Amazon Home Services, you only get $3. If you sign a contract with them, you would be taking a percentage on every sale (we suggest 3-10%).
Does this approach require service providers to pay money upfront?
Only if you choose to charge them for set-up. Amazon does not take money from you or them upfront.
Does Amazon charge for set-up? Should we charge for set-up?
Amazon does not charge one penny for set-up. You can charge for set-up or do set-up for free and just make money on each sale- whatever you choose in your agreement with the service provider.
Can you please explain: commission for every sale that the service provider is making?
Exactly! once you sign-up a service provider, every time they get a sale (through Amazon) you get a percentage based on your agreement with the provider. You sign them up so you have access to the reports and their earning.
Amazon Home Services companies are the same as those on platforms like (1) Angie's List and (2) HomeAdvisor?
More exclusive- and we will teach how to get them here and get them accepted by Azon. Aside from that- they get directd sales- not just leads.
So, we can generate Amazon affiliate commissions per sale, from Amazon on each service we set up?
You earn a % on every sale the provider you signed up makes through Amazon based on your agreement with them. We’d suggest 3-10%. If you sign-them up, you can see every service they have sold via the reports and know what you should be receiving.
Does the business have to have products on Amazon or just their service?
