If this is the first page you've published, then you can put anything into that subdomain (i.e. affiliate, SAS, or any word can be your subdomain). Type something into there when it pops up, then save it. And it should you proceed to the next step

I just tried publishing my page to a custom domain (for which I've already setup the CNAME) but I got the following msg: Domains unavailable. Do I need to setup the subdomain.groovefunnels.com first before the system recognises my custom domain?
The custom domain will take a little while to propagate and show up. You can publish it on the groove hosted sub-domain. It should publish within a few minutes that way and I will take a look.
