Who will handle support with AutoDS? Will it be similar to BeGlobal?

While in BeGlobal, all support inquiries would go through RS or BG, with AutoDS the support is direct and much more smooth.

There are rarely issues with the Monitor but if you there is or you need help using the program, AutoDS is readily available in the lower right-hand side of the Monitor (most inquiries answered within 10 minutes). We also have training and RS support (reallysuccessfulsupport.com) to help you get full value out of the program and more than what you would be able to using the program alone.

Issues with suppliers or orders need to be resolved directly with the supplier.
