What feedback score should we be shooting for as a starting point? Does the recency of feedback have an impact? Or do most people not check how recent the feedback is?
30+ is ideal. At least 10 is the bare minimum.
Most buyers don't check when you last received feedback. Obviously, the better feedback score, the more trust. 100% is great. Anything below 98% and we'd suggest either improving that or working with a new account.
