• I already have UPA, do I need to purchase RepZon? Is RepZon the same as uStar?

   uStar is included in UPA (but HomeZon and TraffZon are not). If you purchase HomeZon, you now have an additional tool to use uStar with. RepZon and uStar are the same thing.

• uStar/Broadly:Who handles billing to the end client?

  You can bill the client through Umbrella's billing system, or charge yourself the wholesale price and bill your client using your own processing service (paypal/stripe etc.)

• uStar/Broadly: Can I white label the service?

  You can act as a middleman between Broadly account management and your client.

• uStar/Broadly: How long is the contract for for the client?

  Month to Month or Yearly. The client can sign a contract for as short as month. There are no built in discounts for annual contracts but you can offer one.

• What special pricing do we receive if we purchase the reputation management program (uStar by Broadly)?

  Umbrella members pay just $125/month for packages that retail for $300-350/month. Umbrella and our partners handle all billing, fulfillment...you just need to make the sale! (And we include sales training in our course too!)
