I had never SOLD anything (nor even attempted to do so). When I go to "seller dashboard", instead of a rating, it says "Sell your first item on eBay to see your Seller Dashboard!" . Does this mean I can, or cannot use this existing Ebay acc't??
When you list your first item your account will automatically be converted to a seller's account. Having an older buyers account can actually make it easier to get listing limit and other increases (if you don't know what that means- don't worry, we will cover in training). You should use this account.
