• uStar/Broadly :What do I need to do for the client? Who does fulfillment?

  Just onboard the client. uStar comes with account management, so you don’t need to do anything at all. All fulfillment done for you.

• uStar/Broadly:Who handles billing to the end client?

  You can bill the client through Umbrella's billing system, or charge yourself the wholesale price and bill your client using your own processing service (paypal/stripe etc.)

• uStar/Broadly: Can I white label the service?

  You can act as a middleman between Broadly account management and your client.

• I already have UPA, do I need to purchase RepZon? Is RepZon the same as uStar?

   uStar is included in UPA (but HomeZon and TraffZon are not). If you purchase HomeZon, you now have an additional tool to use uStar with. RepZon and uStar are the same thing.

• How long will the cookie last for? Which sales will I get commission for?
