How do returns work with AutoDS?
You need to manually contact the supplier directly who will provide the shipping label. You then have upload it to ebay via the Monitor. This is one of the few things that is not done fully automatically.
Once he sends back the item - and the seller receives it (you will be notified on the source site like Amazon or Aliexpress) you can then refund him through the return request he opened on eBay and that is available to view on AutoDS through the customer service page.
