You are encouraged to use your balance as soon as possible before the cut-off date to get the most value out of your AliExpress Pocket experience.
3,Will I get my money back? Yes, there is a discretionary refund from AliExpress to all our affected AliExpress Pocket users such as you, although AliExpress Pocket balances are non-refundable or transferable according to their terms and conditions. Any balance which has not been consumed by 15 June 2019, 00:00 (PST) will be refunded to you in one or more tranches during the period of 24 June to 5 July 2019, provided that the original funding methods (for example: your credit card) you have used to top-up your AliExpress Pocket account corresponding to the sum to be refunded remains valid. You will be refunded in the same currency as your top-up to your AliExpress Pocket account, and all direct handling charges related to this refund will be borne by AliExpress.
4,What if my original funding methods no longer works? Although you could not receive a refund, and your AliExpress Pocket balance is considered forfeited as not consumed by 15 June 2019, 00:00 (PST), AliExpress will issue complimentary AliExpress coupons to you by 5 July 2019, which you will find when you log in to your AliExpress member account. The face value of these coupons will correspond to your forfeited balance of unrefunded amount, subject to their terms and conditions, for your next shopping trips on AliExpress!
